Shipping and delivery policy
• Orders will be delivered as soon as possible, but due to the sensitivity of the product, the company is linked to organizing orders and shipping lines to ensure the best and fastest service.
• The dates of delivery of orders will be from Sunday to Thursday of each week, with a maximum of three days from the confirmation of the order, and a message will be sent to your presence to confirm the implementation of the order.
• Delivery will be to Cairo, Giza and Alexandria within 24 hours, but the Delta, Canal and Upper Egypt areas from 48 to 72 hours and their main cities within 24 hours
• If there is any delay due to emergency circumstances or delays in the itineraries, a message will be sent to you from the customer service or support team.

Small or medium sized order policy
• The price of packing and shipping in the major specialized shipping companies depends on the sizes and packing of the parcels or the weights of the boxes, and this ranges approximately between three packing sizes for different plants: small size, medium size and large size.
• An example of the prices of delivery shipments between small and medium in the next table in different governorates such as the governorates of Greater Cairo and Giza, the governorates of Lower Egypt, the governorates of the Canal and the governorates of Upper Egypt.
Oversized or overweight orders policy
Weighing more than 10 kg of plants and flowers.
Large-sized packages of trees and plants.
If the order consists of 2 large-sized boxes.
Prices will be higher than the next table. Customer service will communicate with the customer and inform him of the actual price of shipping the bulk order.
Places outside the coverage of our shipping companies
• Our shipping companies cover the provinces, major cities and main streets
• Delivery is not carried out to villages and centers far from the governorate.
• If the address or the request was rejected during the completion of the purchase process through the company's website, because the governorate was not previously covered.
• If your region or governorate does not appear in the previous table, please contact our customer service to inquire about the address of the city or governorate and make sure of the itineraries and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
